Month of Sundays

By Will Murdock

Law Grimes dreams of writing the great American novel. He dreams of an artist’s life in New York City. He has a lot of dreams—of being anything other than who he is— the clerk of the local hardware store. One of the last few boys left behind by the Draft of 1944, Law spends his days joking with the old men who inhabit his life. When he befriends Lorraine Langley and her son Peter… things start to change. His life starts to get more interesting as the line between friendship and flirtation begins to blur. 5m, 1w
